RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design an action plan in Germany, identifying and developing business opportunities for creating b2b business in retailers
- Identification and proactive acquisition of clients in German market in B2B channel, with the ability to open and make them grow
- Alignment with the International Manager to assure German customer's needs are met
- Establish a constant line of communication with departments to solve country needs / issues
- Design and execute actions to reach the objectives of the company
- Control of established procedures to achieve objectives
SKILLS
- Sales skills and professional experience opening accounts
- Experience in the consumer electronics in German market
- Skill at developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Communication and complex problem-solving skills.
- Customer and goal orientation.
- German as native language or advanced level.
- Fluent English
- Spanish as a plus
Residence in Germany or ability to relocate to Germany
